Krishna engineering works offer a wide range of dry and wet wire drawing machines. Multiple drawing machines like oto type - [12 mm to 0.7 mm] have been offered to the designed number of dies and various powers to suit the most varied technical drawing requirements. These come in different sizes for attractive efforts up to 10,000 kg. It also offers double blocks - bb type - [12 mm to 2.5 mm] and bull blocks - [26 mm to 8 mm]. These are heavy duty machines and rated for continuous operations. The drawing capstan are manufactured from special cast iron duly metallized by carbides. Reduction gears worm and worm wheel are of standard make. Both worm and wheel shafts are attached with bearings capable of enduring both radial and axial loads. The die box is adjustable and screw adjustment is provided for correction. Inside the block, splash oil lubrication is provided to the gears and bearings . Shoe type electro/pneumatically operated brakes are also provided. The dies and capstans are cooled circulated water.
