Kolsite maschine fabrik ltd manufactures pp/hdpe tape plants with single screw extruder mounted on sturdy steel frame with barrier screw for high melting capacity and barrel cooling.
The screw extruder in the pp/hdpe plants is driven by infinitely variable thyristor-controlled dc motor. The t-die for cleaning and maintenance can be achieved due to the pneumatic movement of the extruder frame in the working direction. The company provides pp/hdpe plants with hard chrome-plated mirror finish melt channels die and stainless steel fabricated water quench tank. The pp/hdpe are provided with air knives to eliminate moisture on extruded film sheet giving desired dry surface even at high operating speeds.
These pp/hdpe plants come complete with salient features like edge trim recycling unit, master control panel, oscillating cutting unit, holding unit, hot air orientation oven, combined stretching and annealing unit and tape extraction device.
