Jaykrishna magnetics offers circular and gyro screening machines with unique design that are useful for solid and liquid screening, separation and grading. The motor rotation imparts vibration to the entire screen assembly mounted on the springs, which gives material desperation, stirring and movement due to rotary multi-plane motion provided by heavy-duty vibration motor. Feed material continuously moves in horizontal motion on vibro screen surface. Proper selection of top and bottom weights on the motor gives optimum screening efficiency. Special features include dustproof vibration motor, replaceable wire mesh screen frame with quick changing wire mesh screen, dusting cover, right or left hand outlets, anti-blinding system avoids screen clogging, gmp construction, etc. These machines are available up to four deck screens.
