Key Features of ZFS version Slide Gate Valve
- Metal to metal face sealing for material tight shut off across the sealing perimeter.
- Face sealing on complete perimeter of opening to eliminate possibility of entrapment of granulous material between gate and housing and thereby ensuring full closure of gate at all times.
- Large opening spaces over the gate plane around the sealing perimeter to allow displacement of densely packed standing column of material and achieve full closure even in standing columns.
- Gate having beveled knife edge at bottom to cut through standing columns.
- Vertical tapering down internal surfaces to prevent material retention in valve.
- Full flanged rigid housing construction.
- Double ply PTFE packing glands provided with externally adjustable pusher arrangement to tighten the packing on the gate and eliminate the leakage through the back of the valve.
- Rising spindle to know the extent of opening and closing.
