Application and function of the Super Fine Screen include:
- Available in the model as Rotobrush
- Rotobrush screen is a superfine screen designed specially for the effluent / municipal wastewater treatment based on MBR or similar technology for removal of very fine floating and traveling solids from municipal sewage and industrial wastes like Food Processing, Cosmetics, Rayon and Textiles, Sugar, Paper and pulp, Breweries, etc.
- Rotobrush screen is a motor driven self-cleaning superfine screen mounted directly on to the channel. Rotobrush screens are used after the sewage/ effluent has passed through the fine screen on 6mm spacing and grit/grease have been removed.
- Rotobrush screen is constructed from special V-wedge wire sieve of 0.5 mm slot width.
- Rotobrush screens are completely made from stainless steel to prevent from corrosion and to provide longer life. As a standard they are made of stainless steel AISI 304 grade.
