The Beaker Dyeing machine on Infrared Heating System comprises of a double walled insulated structure with a SS Chamber housing rotor and infrared heaters. The rotor carrying jars are rotated through 1/4 HP-25 RPM 3 Phase induction geared motor. The beaker is loaded in spring fitted adopters. The dye liquor inside the jars are heated by infrared radiation without any intermediate medium and hence efficiency of heat transfer is better and faster resulting in energy saving.
