Microfine sr has a tip speed of 5000 meters / min and subjects the material being processed to a very high shear producing emulsions with droplet size of 5 microns. Microfine sr has a precision machined stator, rotor and casing in stainless steel 304 and 316 grades or can be manufactured in other materials to suite the process requirement.
Microfine sr is continuous type of emulsifier and achieves the desired viscosity of the product in one go. Microfine sr is modular and can be custom assembled to achieve the desired viscosity and the droplet size of the product.
