Hetal chemicals manufactures special application on centrifugal force, centrifuges with robust bearing housing suitable for heavy duty operation. On this principle, hetal chemicals has developed a centrifugal ball dryer, which is very much useful for the bearing industry. The centrifuge has a capacity of 30 kg/ 50 kgs, and consists of: a basket made of ms plate duly balanced, ci bearing housing with suitable heavy duty bearings, outer cover of 5 mm thick plate, ms bottom support fabricated from heavy duty plate, charging and discharging of material from top, and perforated holding boxes [four] made out of 14 g brass sheet. It has electrical fin heaters for hot air circulation, control panel for centrifuge and necessary clutch brake assembly for low starting torque and long life of machine. The most important features of the centrifuges are sturdy construction, smooth running, interlock safety cover, electrical lock, dynamically balanced basket, easy lubrication systems, heavy duty bearing housing with special casting, flange support for easy installation, vibration free and electrical panel complete with back up thermostat.
