Hem-etpl offers 0.5 hp to 5 hp single phase, modular dc drives for shunt wound permanent magnet dc motors. They are fully electronically controlled and are reliable, and sturdy. With 190 v dc field output and 0-200 v dc armature voltage, the drive can regulate stable speeds 1 from 10% to 100% range, with 3-4% stability using armature feedback. Set speed is by ordinary potentiometer. It has four led indications for mains on, control on, field healthy and trip. Its key features are current limit action before trip, potential-free nc contacts for trip interlock with other contactors in the panel, key-hole mounting closed but ventilated design. With overall dimensions of 210 x 180 x i 00 mm, it is suitable for use in panels. The drive has in-built half-controlled full wave rectifier for armature control and also has on-board field and armature fuses. With internal pots for ramp symmetry, maximum/ minimum speed settings, gain, feedback, current limit and current trip, the drive is truly versatile.
