Gujarat industrial trucks offer mechanical type lifting trucks. The most important advantage is that the steering handle only controls the lifting and lowering. There are no additional handles, levers or pedals to operate. This is a unique feature. The entire construction is simple. There are few moving parts and none of this is exposed to undue stress, making it very reliable. The lifting truck of 600 kg capacity is fitted with one front and two rear wheels. The 1000 kg capacity truck has two front and two rear wheels. All wheels are fitted with double ball bearings. The front wheel/s swivel on a ball thrust race. The lowered height of the truck is 178 mm and the height of the lift is 47 mm. It is thus well equipped to lift and carry pallets. Hydraulic check release can be provided for smooth and safe lowering of load. The truck is supplied with either rubber tyred wheels or cast iron wheels to suit customer requirements. Special frame sizes are also available.
