Micro Pulverizer is an impact mill, suitable for size reduction of a wide range of solids free from moisture and oil. The discharge of the pulverised product is done from the bottom of the grinding chamber, which has provision for an ‘air-balloon’ for trapping very fine particles escaping along with the air. Micro Pulverizer consists of a high speed rotor, revolving inside a stationery cylindrical grinding chamber. The shaft is horizontal and the "T” shaped hammers/beaters are pivoted onto a series of rotor discs. These discs are key-fitted on the horizontal shaft. Thus, when the shaft rotates, the hammers are allowed to swing freely on its pivots, allowing the hammers to take its own position due to the centrifugal action.
