The dies include PCD or Mono blanks which are selected and mounted by Mikrotek Machines Limited. The product is drilled and the profile is cut on automatic ultrasonic machines. Later the dies are polished and accurately sized to give smooth drawing, nice surface finish and durability. The Natural, Mono and Synthetic Diamond Dies are available with reduction angle of 16 to 20 degree softwire and 10-14 degree hardwire. The bearing length of these dies is 25 to 30 percent degree softwire and 35 to 40 percent hardwire. Entry angle and exit angle of Natural, Mono and Synthetic Diamond Dies include 60 degree plus/minus 10 degree softwire and 60 degree plus/minus 10 degree hardwire. The size range is as follows:
