Mikronix associates offers long series slip gauges and length bars. Long series slip gauges are made form high quality steel having cross section [35 mm x 9 mm] with holes for clamping two slips together. They are manufactured as per din-861 of 1988 specifications in different grades. Any non-standard sizes are supplied as per customer`s requirement. These also can be supplied with one-end carbide padded for longer life. Length bars are made from high carbon high chromium steel, ensuring the gauge faces hardened to 64 rc [800 hv]. The bar has a round section of 30 mm for greater ability, and ease of handling. Both ends are threaded and recessed, and precision lapped to meet with the stipulated requirements of finish, parallelism and gauge length. Length bars are available up to 500 mm in the various grades. With eight-piece set, length bars up to 2,000 mm by using m6 stud. These also can be supplied with one-end carbide padded for longer life.
