Microtek international ltd has launched the mtek 810 motherboards based on the intel 810 chipset. A special feature of this motherboard is that it supports both slot l and socket 370 with front side bus speeds of 66/10 mhz. This makes it possible to use a wide range of cpus on this motherboard ranging from celeron processor 300 to 667 mhz, p ii-230 to 450 mhz and p ii 450 comes with 4 mb shared memory and integrated 2d and 3d graphics engine. It has two ultra dma66 ide ports. These ports support atapi ide cd rom, zip drive and ls 120 drive. Other key features include onboard ac97 compliant codec with one mic in, one, line in and one speaker out ports. Onboard i/o ports include two usb ports, one ps/2 port, one infrared port, two serial ports, one parallel port, one floppy controller connector and one at keyboard connector.
