Lour sifter is used to remove unwanted impurities from the flour. The automatic vibratory type flour sifter, which incorporates screw conveyor, sieves for flour with a capacity of 12 sacks of flour [90kgs each] per hour. The flour sifter unit comprises of the following components.

• A flour hopper for carrying the flour change for discharged flour forward.

• A horizontal screw conveyor for carrying the charged flour forward.

• A vertical screw conveyor for carrying the flour to a certain height before releasing into the vibratory siever.

• A vibratory siever unit with a sieve mesh for sieving the impurities from the flour.

• One 1 hp flange mounted motor for driving the vertical screw conveyor.

• One 1 hp foot mounted motor coupled to a suitable worm reducer gearbox for giving vibratory motion to the sieving unit.

• Two electrical starters for operating the screws and vibrating sieve to be provided.
