Mec-well pharma equipment supplies octagonal and double cone blender. The octagonal blender finds its applications inmixing dry powder and dry granules due to its octagonal shape. The mixer has some technical features which include: is rotated at a slow speed and has a removable baffle mounted through rectangular openable lid; is available in capacities ranging from 100 ltr to 3,000 ltr; double cone blender finds its applications in mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Two-thirds of the volume of the cone blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. These blenders find their applications in pharmaceuticals, food, chemical and cosmetic units. Due to the conical shape at both ends, it enables uniform mixing and easy discharge. To avoid any excessive load on the gearbox and motor, the cone is statically balanced. The contact parts are made of ss-304 or ss-316 or as per customer`s specification.
