Everest transmission has introduced its range of aqua series twin lobe rotary air blower to meet the electroplating and aqua culture requirement which essentially demand 100% oil free air. These blowers are totally dry machine where lubricating chambers are physically isolated from the main gas chamber ensuring 10% oil free air delivery. These blowers have a major advantage over centrifugal and regenerative blowers as they are more power efficient, which can handle high flow rates and are insensitive to water depth variations. These machines are very versatile and can be run by electric motors or genets. They have low maintenance and no internal adjustments resulting in prolong trouble free operation.
It is available in models aqua 1 , aqua 2, aqua 3.
Aqua 1 has rec. Motor of 3hp with cfm 64 and m3/hr is 108. The speed of the blower is 800rpm min. Rec. Disch. Line size is 65.
