Emco pressmaster offers the pmx series high-speed power presses for heavy-duty high sped production.The machine features pre-stressed tie rod construction, which minimises deflection and offers accurate stamping and high repeatability; anti friction bearing mounted crankshaft and connecting rod help high-speed operations.Other features include 8 point square slide guideways, which minimises longitudinal and traverse movement; force-feed re-circulatory lubrication for long trouble free high-speed operation and & micro slide adjustment for depth setting control; a die height digital readout and overload safety device to protect the tool from damage is also provided; the press can be operated at-300-500 strokes per minute and can be offered with various optional accessories for maximum usage.
