Product Profile of Cooling Water Circulation System
Dynomerk Controls offers Cooling Water Circulation System. Dynomerk Controls supplies various types of regenerative vehicle chassis dynamometer, eddy current dynamometers, stand alone engine test beds, brake inertia dynamometers, instrumentation for engine testing, transmission test rigs, test rigs & host computer controlled software. Cooling Water Circulation System`s each of the cells will be provisioned with one cooling water flow and return circuits. Cooling Water Circulation System is ideal to provide maximum inlet / outlet [flow / return] temperatures at each cell of 38 degree C / 68 degree C respectively based on 45 / 20 degree C maximum dry bulb and wet bulb conditions respectively.
Cooling Water Circulation System has the following features:
- Each of the cells will be provisioned with one cooling water flow and return circuits, this being: Pumped from cold sump of the underground tank and supplied to the Dynamometer & Water Cooling module.
- Outlet water from these units will return to the hot sump of the underground tank.
- Engine cooling water will be in close loop.
- Each of the cooling water circuits system will be designed to provide maximum inlet / outlet [flow / return] temperatures at each cell of 38 degree C / 68 degree C respectively based on 45 / 20 degree C maximum dry bulb and wet bulb conditions respectively.
- The designed pressure of each of the cooling water systems will be 2.0 / 2.5 Bar at inlet to the cell.
- The controls of the cooling water system will be so arranged that in the event of a failure and temperature rise above 650C adequate alarm facilities of the audio-visual type will be provided to alert the operators.
- Prolonged loss of cooling water shall shut the test processes down automatically and thus must be avoided. System will be consisting of 2 sets of water circulation pumps [ one working and one standby ], Filters, Pressure relief valves, Non return valves, Pressure gauges, flexible connectors Piping etc.
