Low and high watt density cartridge heaters are offered by dovy electricals in a full range of physical dimensions, electrical ratings, and lead terminations in regular or d-shaped configurations. Helically wound heating element is housed in a specially selected high thermal conductivity ceramic core and the remaining spaces are filled with fused mgo. Cartridge heaters includes applications in packaging and labelling machines, plastic injection moulding, shoe machinery, heat sealing, hot stamping, glue guns, wax and solder melting pots. Sheath materials in brass, ss, and incoloy are available.
