Doon ceratronics pvt ltd manufactures lead zirconate titanate based frequency discs which are used for various sensing applications. These modified lead zirconate titanate discs have very high coupling coefficient and charge sensitivity and low mechanical qm factor with a curie temperature of about 350°c. This is the ideal grade for all kinds of non-resonant mechano-electrical sensing applications, such as pick up elements, feed back plates, hydrophones, ultrasonic flaw detection, underwater echo sounding, pressure guages, strain gauges, accelerometers as well as other low power electromechanical transducer applications. It has a better temperature and time stability and resistivity at high temperature is extremely high. It is available in discs of diameters 50, 25, 24, 20, 15, 10, and 8 mm with frequency up to 6 mhz.
