Spraymold is available in mra plain [for clear/transparent moulding] and mra regular [for coloured, hd/pp moulding].These silicon moulds have application for plastic/rubber injection moulding sector. In injection moulding operations the hot melted, high pressurized polymer plastic/rubber material [pp/hdpe/nylon/abs/sbr, etc] injected in the mould cavities have a tendency to stick to the mould surface. The stuck up material causes deformities in the final product increasing rejections. The spraymold consists of silicon oil, the most versatile high temperature lubricant. The special grade silicon oil forms a lubricating film between the mould surface and the hot melted plastic helping an easy release, smooth finish, imparting a shine to the moulded article eliminating further need for finishing. The function of this high-pressure aerosol is helping in reaching inside big moulds and spray delivers small quantities in highly effective atomized mist as comparable to manual applications of messy release agents like wax, powders and harmful liquids. Silicon oil is inert, stable and easy to apply in aerosol spray.
