Crown Rubber Products manufactures `O` Rings Seals. Crown Rubber Products is an ISO 9001 certified company. The `O` Rings Seals are ring shaped seals of circular cross section. They are used for sealing applications such as in static situation, resistance against fluid and gaseous media, dynamic sealing element for axial, rotating & oscillating movement.
- The O Rings Seals are of different types, they are:
- O Rings Seals 60 NBR: The standard material, having excellent perform to seal in mineral oil, Hydraulic fluids with mineral oil, greases & fuels. It has very good elasticity; better cold flexibility down to -38 Degree C, best gas permeability, low compression set, and withstands static pressure up to 100 bars.
- O Rings Seals 0 NBR: A special material mainly suitable for higher pressures in dynamic conditions. This polymer has excellent resistance to friction, swelling in hydraulic fluids, superior water resistance [Hot water up to +100 Degree C]. It can be used at extreme high pressures as static seals with zero leakage.
- O Rings Seals 80 FKM: Widely used in applications for chemically aggressive media & high temperatures up to 300 Degree C.
- O Rings Seals 70 EPDM: This group of material has very high performance to resistance in hydraulic fluids with glycol base, break fluid, and hot water. This ring seal is suitable in hydraulic systems using fire retardant hydraulic fluids of groups HFC and HFD. It has very good resistance to ozone, aging and weathering. Temperature range for use -50 Degree C to +150 Degree C
