Rotary Table Washing Machine can be useful as a general purpose machines for various types and sizes of the components. Rotary Table Washing Machine loads the component in a round basket which is rotated by AC geared motor at slow speed. Spray bars will be provided from top, bottom and sides of the basket. As basket is rotated during cleaning, all sides of the components are exposed to spray. After washing is over, compressed air is blown through spray nozzles for few seconds for purging cycle. After purging is over the compressed air is blown through separate air blow nozzles for removing excess solution droplets from component surfaces. This helps for quick drying of the components.
