Rotary Indexing Washing Machine consists of Common chamber for internal cleaning / flooding & external spray washing and air blow with intermediate partitions, two-tank system for cleaning liquid [dirty tank & Clean tank], spray pump, circulation pump and filtration system, electric heaters for liquid heating, rotary indexing arm with position locking arrangement and with Component fixtures, PLC logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks for smooth functioning of the machine. The components to be cleaned are Loaded on the fixtures on the indexing arm at the loading / unloading station.
