Since 20 years, canflex engineering pvt ltd. [canflex] designs and manufactures packaging machines for flexible pouches. Being a part of that powder filling machine aft 1000 is used to fill in containers or pre made pouches. The machine operates on screw feeding system with stirrer in conical hopper. The volume of filling is adjustable by number of revolutions of screw. This screw is controlled by electro magnetic clutch and break-mechanism with revolution counter. Aft 1000 is applicable for free flow powders such as coffee, tea, spices like turmeric, chilly, spices powder, flours like wheat, maida, besan powder, skimmed milk powder, tooth powder, herbal powder, talcum powder, distemper powder, glucose powder, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticides, insecticides, and semi solids like automobile & industrial greases, garlic paste, tamarind paste, ointments etc.
