Avelast Scale Industries manufactures Horizontal Constrainer for Compression Load Cell. Fundamentally any object has 6 degrees of freedom, 3 degrees of translation & 3 degrees of rotation. One degree is eliminated by load cells. In order to eliminate other degrees of freedom, some kind of constraining arrangement has to be provided for any Load Cell based weighing system. When a load is weighed b load cells only the vertical forces must be transferred to the load cell in order to maintain the weighing accuracy. Horizontal constrainers eliminate the detrimental effect of horizontal forces.
Avelast Scale Industries offers various types of weighing scales like table top scales and platform scales, supper scales, weighbridge, etc. All vertical forces are transferred to the load cells without incurring any frictional loss. The constrainers are mounted in such a way as to eliminate the effect on longitudinal, lateral horizontal forces and impact forces due to breaking.
