• Bed Plate: The basic bed plate is heavily steel fabricated iron perfectly machined single place on which whole machine with gear Box & motor can be fitted which requires no foundation.

• Worm: The Mill cut & polished worm of steel is used in single double and triple feed type and can be brought our from the machine by removing a single nut provision for water cooling to maintain the temperature of machine.

• Bearings: Jacketed with heavy duty single, double taper roller as per extruder loads.

• Drive: Screw directly connected with cast iron/steel casting helical gear or connected with anti vibration flexible coupling with worm reduction gear box of Greaves/Elecon` Make.

• Heating & Cooling: Cast iron/steel fabricated body Jacketed for water cooling and steam heating system.
