Key Features of Woven Fabric Batching Machine
- The fabric inlet is through two M.S Fabricated structure, guide roller assembly.
- Specially designed tensioning device for adding adequate and even tension in the fabric. This device is positioned after the inlet and before the batching unit.
- Curved bar expanders are also provided before the fabric goes into the batching device for removing all the creases in the fabric.
- Two-roll surface batcher does not require a mandrel.
- Fabric is wound directly onto a paper/ plastic tube.
- Paper tubes from 1" to 3" diameters can be used on this device
- Variable ratio on batcher rolls maintains cloth roll hardness.
- Photoelectric sensor detects fabric edge which in turn activates a motorized screw type assembly to shift the batching unit as per the fabric movement.
- Firm, straight-edged packages are assured to an accuracy of +/- 2mm.
- Adjustable tube guides to position core.
- Bow pipe expands the fabric to provide even rolls without any creases.
- Drive consists of variable speed motor with reduction gearbox and control panel to run the machine at different speeds.
- Automatic stop arrangement to stop the machine at the end of the fabric piece.
