The Singular Pass Inspection Machine is designed to inspect Tubular Knitted Fabrics, both Grey and Finished in a tensionless way without allowing any shrinkage.
Key Features of Singular Pass Inspection Machine
- Inlet of the machine is through a cradle with two M. S. side brackets and 6 rollers running on ball bearings to place the fabric roll.
- M.S. Side frames of rectangular pipes and sheet metal painted with hard wearing stipple finish stowing enamel.
- Simultaneous inspection of both the sides of the knitted fabric in a singular pass.
- The fabric is viewed in a two mirror arrangement and appears as if in open width form.
- Internal lighting has been provided inside the acrylic light box by remotely supplying power or energy.
- Two acrylic light boxes of any size included in the price of the machine.
- External tube lights are provided on the mirror frames.
- Inspection is more than twice as fast as compared to traditional inspection machines.
- Time required in unloading / re-treading for inspecting the second side in traditional machines is also saved.
- Measuring Counter is provided on the acrylic box for easy viewing on the left mirror.
- Variable speed drive is controlled by a suitable S.S. Control Panel and comes with MCB`s for extra protection.
