Key Features of Hand Operated Sample Cutting Machine
- The Machine comes with 18" with a blade using which a maximum of 17.5"X17.5" of samples can be cut conveniently.
- The zigzag serrated blade can be re-sharpened to gives a long life to blade.
- Layers or piles of fabric up to 2" or 50 mm can be cut at the same time.
- The piled fabric is placed into a cutting board, which is placed on table on which cutting takes place.
- The hand wheel and hand lever movements are translated into movement of blade holder by gear mechanism.
- Gears are machine cut to give a very high accuracy and ease of cut.
- Tow eccentric wheels connected to the blade holder allow immediate, constant and uniform cutting.
- To ensure that accurate sizes of samples are cut, a scale has been provided on one side.
- Available in 13" & 18" blade sizes.
