Air hydro system spares & controls manufactures multi-series hydraulic powerpacks. These are light weight, compact, sturdy and maintenance-free hydraulic powerpacks with vertically mounted electric motor coupled to the pump or horizontally mounted electric motor and pump unit offered in various series in many different layouts/locations of oil tank, motor, pump, etc. The units offered can be standard with horizontal pump-motor unit or with vertical pump-motor unit or with oil tank motor-pump in l-shape layout. Reservoirs are of welded sheet steel construction, fitted with sight glass, drain plug and provision for four holding down bolts and lifting eyebolts. These power packs are available from 2 lpm to 135 lpm capacity for pressure ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 psi. Areas of application include machine tools, textile machinery, rubber and plastic machines, paper and sugar machinery, chemical industries and almost all other industries where hydraulic cylinders, motors or actuators are to be operated.
