Front panel controls are equipped with phase to adjust the amplifier in accordance with phase difference between primary and secondary voltage. Span is provided to adjust amplifier output according to full stroke range of lvdt. Lvdt signal conditioner module am321 is also provided with sine wave oscillator for transducer excitation; amplifier, demodulator and low pass filters. Analogue output of signal conditioners are placed on 64 pin euro connector with transducer connection and power supply inputs. An ah391 cabinet can hold eight signal conditioner modules of this type.
