Product Profile of Monoblock

Adsum`s monoblock is an extraordinary machine which is available in three models. They are volumetric piston filling & ropp/screw capping machine, gravimetric filling & ropp/screw capping machine and vaccumetric filling & ropp/screw capping machine with filling heads varying from 8 to 144 heads and capping heads varying from 4 to 72 depending on the type of machine.
The machines are obtainable in various speeds ranging from 50 to 950 bottles/container per minute.
Monoblock is made of in stainless steel ss 304 with the diving nozzle arrangement which prevents foaming during filling cycle.
Following are the salient features of the machine:

• Automatic liquid level controller for the filling carousel, ensuring even level is maintained in the filling carouse.

• Simple single point adjustment for adjusting the filling volume and the bottle height adjustment for the capping part thus saving precious time.

• Self centering mechanism in the capping head provide better and effective capping.

• Automatic cap feeder ensuring enough caps in the cap chute at any moment of time.

• Simple capping head adjustment for different cap size.

• The machine is fully covered with a transparent safety cabinet -prevents contamination from unwanted foreign particles during filling and capping.
