Product Profile of Labelling Machines

Adsum`s labelling machines are applicable in machine various sectors of the industry such as pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, agrochemicals, beverages, distilleries, breweries, paints, oil etc. The labelling machines are available in various ranges from 50 to 450 bottles per minute. Mainly two types of machines are found:

• Wet glue labelling

• Sticker labelling machine
The machine comes with some following features.

• The machine is built in stainless steel ss 304, cast steel and alimentary plastic materials, hence easy in cleaning, sterilizing and ensuring long life to the machine

• No bottle-no label device avoids wastage of labels and also helps to keep the labelling unit free from label overlapping thus saving precious time.

• Very minimum changeover time is required from one size of bottle/container or label to another.

• A very easy to load label carrier with a `label about to finish` sensing device, which ensures labels are reloaded in time.

• Specially designed, certain hard chrome plated and certain heat treated moving and rotating parts ensure precision and long life to the machine.

• The machine is fully covered with a transparent safety cabinet.
