• Anti collision system is a device to prevent two crane collisions running on the same tracks.

• The acs features infrared laser sensors at distance from 2 meters to 10 meters and can be used with all types of vvf/drives and stepper controls.

• When installed on the two adjacent cranes the wall of the bay will avoid the collision of two cranes.

• The system works on the principle of retro-reflective/diffuse [in case of diffuse distance sensor] infrared/laser rays.

• It has a transmitter sensor module and a shining reflector.

• Distance of working range of sensor and reflector can be adjusted with a potentiometer given in the sensor/system.

• Range of the system could be up to 10 meters.

• It has a supply voltage of 110/220 v ac & an operating temperature of -20 to 80 deg.C.

• The anti collision system has a protection rating of ip65/ip67.
