Battery life cycle tester "lct-2000" are computer-controlled equipment specifically designed to meet the needs of manufacturers and suppliers of batteries. Some of its main function are to provide accurate data, reliable operation which are essential for research / development, production and quality assurance of new battery materials and technologies as well as for regular batteries in production. It ranges from 2 volts to 80 volts, comes upto 600amps and up to 8kw capacities. It comprises of programmable control of current, voltage, power and resistance and has independent control of each channel. It provides high accuracy, fast data acquisition, has single board system and modular construction that reduces maintenance. Some of its salient features are easy programming of complex life cycle tests, optional - zero volt discharge facility for discharge of single 2v cell, record storage capacity of 5000 records for single test, has cell monitoring / on line cell bypass facility, comprises programmable data acquisition rate etc. Temperature channels are provided for ambient/bath and cell/battery has rs232/rs485 connectivity and maximum 32 equipments can be connected to single software.
