These are tested properly before dispatch to ensure proper quality. Band knife splitting machines from the company is applied to split leather in order to separate a thick layer of the grain side. There are three models of this machine -. K. S. M. - 15 with a working width of 1500 mm, k. S. M. - 18 with a working width of 1800 mm and b. K. S. M. - 21 with a working width of 2100 mm. These machines are equipped with knife drive, feeding rollers and two grinders. These machines are very efficient and provides 80 to 100 nos hides /hr.
