Automotive gears ltd supplies auto light systems as part of their range of lg brand diesel engines. The operation of this system is based on `permanent magnet`. It is provided with spoxy coated stator and rotor to provide excellent resistance. It works on high frequency current and can light fused tube lights and makes it necessary. There are two different models of auto light system-- cal - 2 and cal - 4.
Auto light cal - 4 is available with following salient features:
Belt driven, rotation --3200 to 3500 rpm, out put-- 160 watts, voltage at output terminal--350v ac.
Auto light cal - 2 is adjusted with modified gear cover and retaining
Cup and comes with following standard features: rotation --1500 rpm, output--80 watts, voltage at output terminal--350v ac.
