Latest designs using cad and gear software for tooth correction with help modern machining and measuring equipment produce an unmatched superior product. Housing is fabricated and stress relieved. Extra capacity roller bearings are used to provide a balanced design and to handle the axial and radial loads better. All gears are made of high quality low carbon alloy steel and case hardened to achieve appropriate case depth. Helical gears are then ground conforming to din 6/agma 12 with correct tooth profile to ensure higher transmission capacities and noise free running.
