Shaper cutters are specially made with disc, hub, shank and pinion type shaper cutters with straight and helical teeth for spur and helical gears, in the range of 1m to 14m[25 dp to 18 dp] Tailor made shaper cutters specially to suit special requirements. The shaper cutters have many features:

• Disc, hub and shank type for spur & helical gears.

• Tailor made to special requirements.

• Accuracies : aa, a, b, c to din 1829, bs 2887.

• Profile modifications : topping, semi-topping, protuberance etc.

• Profile grinding : cnc shaper cutter grinding machine.

• Material : m35, asp 30.

• Size range : module - 1 to 6.35.

• Pcd- 30 to 225.

• Each item tested on hoffler gear tester .
