Cottor international manufactures 36" pyxel huller, which is a highest capacity and most efficient twin roll hulling machine to hull bulk oil seeds like cottonseed, sunflower, soybean, peanuts, etc. The hulling process in this pyxel starts with an adjustable metered roll feeder that offers complete consistency and uniformity to the flow rate. The adjustable feed damper and variable speed control helps in maintaining an accurate and reliable feed rate. The heart of the hulling process of the 36" pyxel huller is the twin, rugged 18" dia rolls equipped with removable huller knives. These twin rolls that are driven at a ratio enhances cutting process and minimizes the amount of uncut and recycle seed.
