Sakthi soyas uses the innovative flash desolventising system to manufacture high-protein soya flour. Soya protein concentrate is prepared by removing most of the water soluble, non-protein constituents from dehulled and defatted soyabean. It contains at least 65% protein on a moisture free basis. It is used in nutritional applications and in antibiotics [pharmaceutical industry]. Soya protein concentrate is used as raw material to produce soya protein isolate, in soups, gravies and as enrichment ingredient in pasta products.
