Kudale instruments offers a rubber hardness tester calibrator specially designed for in house calibration of rubber hardness testers [durometer] type a and type d. This machine consists of balancing beam mounted on instrument stand and the above beam is fitted horizontally, which is graduated in steps of 10 divisions ranging from 10 to 100. The reading on the balancing beam is equivalent as 10:10 shore units. The interchangeable sliding weights are supplied for the shore a and d rubber hardness testers respectively. Rubber hardness calibrator could be clamed on the beam. Hence corresponding forces deflects the beam, which indicated the actual reading in the durometer. Hence durometer can be calibrate accurately.
