The knee, base, column, slides, over arm has been carefully designed with wide hand scrapped surfaces, which give a rigid support. These machines have automatic feeding arrangement in longitudinal, cross and vertical direction having selection from different speeds. All the components are manufactured from select raw material and accurately machined. The alloy steel gears are heat treated and run in oil bath. Electrical motors and accessories of reputed make are used.
