Anupam offers ceramic infrared heaters for use in demanding applications where direct radiation heating is required. Because of radiation energy transfer occurs in an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic spectrum has been divided into various regions like gammarays, infrared, microwave, etc, which are of similar physical behaviour but differ in wavelength and energy intensity. Infrared emitters work in the long and medium wave sections. Using these in non-contact heating gives rapid energy transfer from the emitter to the product. In normal operating condition, the life of the heater would be well in excess of 10,000 hours at 80% power. These are available in various sizes with built-in or without thermocouple and can be used in various applications like vacuum forming, thermoforming, paint stoving, and screen printing.
