Anupam super efficient and economical aair cooled ceramic band heaters are designed by anupam heaters & controls pvt. Ltd. These ceramic heaters are used for use on extrusion machinery or any heat/cool operation. Heater bands are 60% open by perforated metal sheet, heater bands are 60% open which ensure maximum surface exposure. The heater band is covered with bblower jacket cover the heater band for mounting the blower. Some of the aadvantages of air cooled versus liquid cool operation includes lower cost, easy replacement, low maintenance, no leakage problem and closed temperature control.
