Hmt offers a dual spindle cnc turning centre, dtc 20. Turning centres with the possibility for both first and second side machining including secondary operations like off centre drilling, milling, etc. Performed on a single machine is becoming the state of the art in turning technology. To meet these exacting demands, hmt has manufactured this dual spindle 4 axis cnc chucker, with two 12 station turrets and with coaxial, opposed, moving headstock configuration and upgradable to include c axis with rotary tools on both turrets. The advantages of dual spindle machines are single operator, lesser floor space, lower investment, and easier materials handling.
