Gayatri Anticorrosive Lining also manufactures acid / alkali proof mortar such as silicate base, furan base, phenolic base, epoxy base, sulphur base and bituminous mastic base. The Graphite Carbon Filled Mortar, also known as Gayfur-CC, finds an application in pickling area of steel plants, chemical process industries, fertilizers and petrochemicals. The Graphite Carbon Filled Mortar is resistant against hydro fluoric acid, florid salt, phosphoric acid, nitric and other strong alkali. This Carbon Filled Mortar has compressive strength of 700 kg/cm2 at 75 Degree F and flexural strength of 120 at 75 Degree F. This Carbon Filled Mortar has bond strength of 15 kg/cm2 at 75 Degree F and water absorption of 0.1 %.
