The heart of the machine is a wire feeder through which cross wires are feed to the transformer section. Automatic Wire Mesh Welder has longitudinal wires below on to which the cross wires are dropped one by one. Indexing of the longitudinal wires and vertical movement of the welding heads is synchronized and controlled through cranking mechanism. Welding transformers are provided with thyristor control for stepless adjustment of welding current.
